Treasures in Heaven for Tribulation

Eve Brast - 04/09/2013
(David's notes in red)

For two weeks, God had been speaking to me about teaching on this before receiving this confirmation dream for us to store treasures in Heaven for the tribulation.

I dreamed I was in a large warehouse where goods were bought and sold. (Babylonish Christianity warehousing their needs by buying and selling and saving, rather than giving and receiving.) The walls were corrugated sheet metal, painted white on the outside, but were left gray on the inside. (Appearing righteous on the outside but dead on the inside. {Mat.23:27} Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which outwardly appear beautiful, but inwardly are full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. {28} Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but inwardly ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. {Luk.11:39} And the Lord said unto him, Now ye the Pharisees cleanse the outside of the cup and of the platter; but your inward part is full of extortion and wickedness. {40} Ye foolish ones, did not he that made the outside make the inside also? There were isles that were very high and floor displays also. (It reminded me of a Sam's Club. In the dream I knew this place was affiliated with Walmart.) (Sam's Clubs are in Egypt, not in the wilderness, which is where our supply must come from of what we have stored up in Heaven by giving to needs now. A warehouse is where earthy provisions are stored for a time to come, as opposed to the true Church where giving stores needs in Heaven.)

I was sent there to purchase something, but none of it was what I was looking for. (Buying and selling is not the life or miraculous provision of the Bride but giving and receiving.) {Rev.3:18} I council thee to buy of me gold refined by fire, that thou mayest become rich; and white garments, that thou mayest clothe thyself, and that the shame of thy nakedness be not made manifest; and eye salve to anoint thy eyes, that thou mayest see.

In the very center of the warehouse, I came upon a large judges bench. I walked up to it and stood very close to it. The top of the bench was right at my eye level. I saw a silvery crystaline stone cutter's mallet and chisel laying on the bench. Then two hands appeared. The left one grabbed the chisel and held it perpendicular to the top of the bench while the right hand grabbed the mallet and struck the head of the chisel hard. I then felt pieces of ice spray onto my face and turn into water as it melted and ran down my face and dripped off. Then I heard the Father's voice behind and above me say, "Now the time has come to break the ice from off of my people". (Frozen waters are not living waters that flow downstream to other needs. God will deliver the "frozen chosen" from the dead letter with the living waters of His Word.) {Psa.147:15-20} He sendeth out His commandment upon the earth; His word runneth very swiftly. He giveth snow like wool. He scattereth the hoar-frost like ashes. He casteth forth His ice like morsels: Who can stand before His cold? He sendeth out His word and melteth them: He causeth His wind to blow, and the waters flow. He showeth His word unto Jacob, His statutes and His ordinances unto Israel. He hath not dealt so with any nation: And as for His ordinances they have not known them. Praise ye the Lord. (We must be a flowing river of life, constantly giving and receiving for which there is great reward and righteousness.)

{Job6:15} My brethren have dealt deceitfully as a brook, As the channel of brooks that pass away; {16} Which are black by reason of the ice, (Dark frozen rivers are hoarding the waters of life, whether it be the Word or needs that those downstream need.) And wherein the snow hideth itself. {37:10-13} By the breath of God ice is given; And the breath of the waters is straitened. Yea, he ladeth the thick cloud with moisture; He spredteth abroad the cloud of his lightning: And it is turned around by His guidance, that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them Upon the face of the inhabitable world, Whether it be for correction, or for His land, Or for lovingkindness, that He cause it to come.

After this, I noticed to the right of the judge's bench that David Eells was standing in the midst of a floor display of many wooden hope chests. (They are wooden because they grew from the earth and they are hope chests because they represent hopes that are of this world.) The chests were set in many different directions. (People set their hopes on many different earthly things in life that lead them in many different directions.) (Those who are rich in the ways and things of the world don't have their hope set on God or His promises. The Davids will bring life and new desires through the living Word. {1Ti.6:17} Charge them that are rich in this present world, that they be not highminded, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on God. {Psa.78:7} That they might set their hope in God, And not forget the works of God, But keep his commandments (by not storing our treasures on earth). {Heb.6:18} that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have a strong encouragement, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us ... {1Jn.3:2} Beloved, now are we children of God, and it is not yet made manifest what we shall be. We know that, if he shall be manifested, we shall be like him; for we shall see him even as he is. {3} And every one that hath this hope [set] on him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. {4} Every one that doeth sin doeth also lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness.)

(Also, hope chests are wooden boxes that women store items in for their future marriage. [The true virgins of God will receive only His seed and hopes so that they may marry the King as His Bride.]) David was teaching the Word to men who were sitting cross-legged on top of the hope chests. (Those who sit with a crooked way do not hope in God, nor can they walk in God.) They had their elbow resting on one knee and their fist underneath their chin, looking up at him as he shared the Word with them. (This is the thinker position, except with the crooked legs. This could mean their thoughts were of false hopes that bring crossed legs, making it impossible to walk in the commandments.)

There was one hope chest on the outer edge that no one was sitting on. It was sky blue in color and made of some material that wasn't of this world. (Sky blue hope chests represent heavenly hopes or having our hopes in needs being met from Heaven and not "of this world".) As I listened to David's teaching, I could make out two different texts that he was teaching from. The first text was: {Luk.6:27-38} But I say unto to you that hear, Love your enemies, do good to them that hate you, bless them that curse you, pray for them that despitefully use you. To him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and from him that taketh away thy cloak withhold not thy coat also. Give to everyone that asketh thee; and to him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. And if ye love them that love you, what thank have ye? For even sinners love those that love them. And if ye do good to them that do good to you what thank have ye? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to them of whom you hope to receive what thank have ye? Even sinners lend to sinners, to receive again as much. But love your enemies, and do them good and lend never despairing; and your reward shall be great and ye shall be sons of the Most High: for He is kind toward the unthankful and evil. Be ye merciful even as your Father is merciful. And judge not and ye shall not be judged: and condemn not and ye shall not be condemned: release, and ye shall be released: give and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, shall they give into your bosom. For with what measure ye mete it shall be measured to you again. (Crucifying selfish ambitions and self-preservation by the renewed mind brings new hopes for the things of God. Giving up those things that we cannot keep in the Kingdom to receive those things multiplied which we cannot lose is the key. Also giving so that your supply is from Heaven makes it so we don't have to warehouse things. {Col.3:1} If then ye were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God. {2} Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are upon the earth. {3} For ye died, and your life is hid with Christ in God. {4} When Christ, [who is] our life, shall be manifested, then shall ye also with him be manifested in glory. {5} Put to death therefore your members which are upon the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry; {6} for which things' sake comeththe wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience: {7} wherein ye also once walked, when ye lived in these things. It is obedience to crucify evil desire, covetousness and idolotry.)

The second text David taught from was: {Luk.11:37-42} Now as he spake, a Pharisee asketh him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat. And when the Pharisee saw it, he marveled that he had not first bathed himself before dinner. And the Lord said unto him, Now ye Pharisees cleanse the outside of the cup and of the platter; but your inward part is full of extortion and wickedness. Ye foolish ones, did not he that made the outside make the inside also? But give for alms those things which are within; and behold all things are clean unto you. But woe unto you Pharisees for ye tithe mint and rue and every herb, and pass over justice and the love of God: but these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. (Notice in our underlined text that giving those things which are in our heart makes us clean because this crucifies our lusts and supplies our needs multiplied back to us. This makes the physical needs cheap once God's people learn that He is ready at all times to supply their every need, if they will give from the heart. Then they forget about warehousing idolotry. To those with a religious legalistic spirit, the outward show is everything "but God looketh on the heart". Giving according to the law cuts us off from Christ and grace and makes us sons of the handmaid and not of the freewoman - Galatians 4:21; 5:5.

Jesus commanded us to renounce all ownership, even the other 90% that tithers think they own. {14:33} So therefore whosoever he be of you that renounceth not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple. Therefore we are stewards of all and owners of none. We need to act like it. When someone takes ownership of what is not theirs, we call that theft. {16:11} If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true [riches]? (Gold and silver of Jesus' life.) {12} And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another's (we do not own anything; we are stewards), who will give you that which is your own? Because we are joint heirs of the grace of life {1Pe.3:7} and we are joint heirs with Christ {Rom.8:17}. {Luk.16:13} No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Vines: From Aramaic, mammonas, meaning "riches". Kin to the Hebrew meaning, "to be firm, steadfast"; hence, that which is to be trusted.

I then returned to earnestly seeking up and down the isles for what I was sent there to purchase. I was becoming frustrated and overwhelmed and telling the Father, "I know I'm supposed to buy something but I'm not sure what it is that I'm supposed to buy!" {Son.3:2} I said, I will rise now, and go about the city; In the streets and in the broad ways I will seek him whom my soul loveth: I sought him, but found him not... (How can I find it if I don't know what it is?) {Rom.10:13} ... for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. {14} How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? {15} and how shall they preach unless they be sent? Even as it is written, how beautiful are the feet of them that bring glad tidings of good things! {Isa 55:1} Ho, everyone that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money: come ye, buy and eat: yea come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. {2} Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labor for that which satisfieth not? Hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. (We buy heavenly storage by giving on earth. We sacrifice of our earthly life to get our heavenly life.)

Suddenly, the Father sent David over to me and he took me by my upper arm and smiled at me. He asked, "What is it you are looking for?" He asked this rhetorically because he already knew what I needed to purchase and he was already leading me in the direction of the hope chests. I said, "I don't know. But the Father has sent me here to purchase something, but I can't find it!" He then led me over to the sky blue hope chest and gently ran his hand over the top and said, "This is what you're here for". Then he opened it and I saw white clouds and infinite space inside of it. Then he closed it. I was amazed and immediately went to find my husband, Eddie. (This represents placing your hope upon the things which are heavenly and not the earthly. The Bride will store up the things needed for her future marriage to the Bridegroom in a heavenly hope chest.) {Mat.6:19} Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal: {20} but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust doth consume, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: {21} for where thy treasure is, there will thy heart be also. How do we store up treasures in Heaven? {Luk.12:33} Sell that which ye have, and give alms; make for yourselves purses which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief draweth near, neither moth destroyeth.

While I was walking off, I saw in the Spirit David walking over to a woman whose name was Amy and I heard him say, "I don't know what we are going to do, Amy". (Eve didn't know or remember this but Amy Methvin is our treasurer. She handles the ministry gifts sent to us for sending out the living waters.) He was shaking his head slowly, concerned and grieved in his spirit for the men he had been teaching because they were happy to listen to the Word but were not acting on it. (In just the last two weeks before receiving this dream, the Lord began to impress me that those in UBM who have heard these teachings should act on them so they will receive a reward, have their needs met by multiplication and store up treasures for the tribulation time to come.) {Jer.11:6} And the Lord said unto me, Proclaim all these words in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, saying hear ye the words of this covenant and do them. For I earnestly protested unto your fathers in the day I brought them up out of the land of Egypt, even unto this day, rising early and protesting, Saying hear my voice. Yet they obeyed not, nor inclined their ear, but walked everyone in the stubbornness of their evil heart...

When I found my husband, Eddie, I was also grieved in spirit after hearing what David said to the woman and I said to him something like, "We need to give to the [UBM] ministry again" or "it's time to give to the ministry again". Eddie asked, "How much?" I said in the dream, "5000" and he said, "OK. We'll send it". (The first six mentions of "5000" in the New Testament is when Jesus multiplied a few fishes and loaves that were given to him in order to feed 5000 men, not including women and children. One small gift fed multitudes. {Mat.14:21} And they that did eat were about five thousand men, besides women and children. What was stored up in Joseph's granaries, which represents Jesus' heavenly granaries, saved the people of God during the seven years of famine. "Give alms; make for yourselves purses which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not".)

(I know this last portion of the dream is a personal instruction meant for Eddie and I literally. We normally like to keep gifts anonymous or very low profile [so the Father will repay in secret]. I included the amount that was told to us in the dream strictly for interpretation purposes, in case there is some law of first mention or spiritual meaning for the number [and there was]. I didn't know how else to relate this dream, other than to present it the way it was given to me. I'm sending it because I believe the Father is wanting more obedience from His saints in the area of giving to His David ministers and the ministries that He has given to them out there. He is wanting to stretch our faith in the face of this wilderness we are entering into, so He can show forth His power to provide for us!)

Because our ministry does not preach gimme sermons or pass the hat does not mean the saints don't NEED to give for their own needs to be met from Heaven and for the salvation of other souls. Giving is what stores up your treasures in Heaven for the coming tribulation wilderness. {Luk.12:29} And seek not ye what ye shall eat, and what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. (In the last seven years, God does not want the most important people on earth to be slaving all day just to eek out a living. He wants us seeking to build the Kingdom in the hearts of men.){30} For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: but your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things. (How is it that those who seek first the Kingdom will not have to seek what they will eat or drink? God will take the supply of the nations to meet their needs, like when the Egyptians gave their valuables to Israel as they left Egypt.*) {31} Yet seek ye his kingdom, and these things shall be added unto you. It will be given freely by grace. {32} Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. {33} Sell that which ye have, and give alms; make for yourselves purses which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, (Notice your treasures in Heaven will not fail to meet your needs because they can't be stolen.) where no thief draweth near, neither moth destroyeth. {34} For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also (storing up makes idols).

* {Isa.61:5} And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vine-dressers. ... {60:10} And foreigners shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favor have I had mercy on thee. {11} Thy gates also shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee the wealth of the nations, and their kings led captive. {12} For that nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted. ... {14:2} And the peoples shall take them, and bring them to their place; and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of Jehovah for servants and for handmaids: and they shall take them captive whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.

{2Co.9:6} But this [I say,] He that soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he that soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. {7} [Let] each man [do] according as he hath purposed in his heart: not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. {8} And God is able to make all grace abound unto you; that ye, having always all sufficiency in everything, may abound unto every good work: {9} as it is written, He hath scattered abroad, he hath given to the poor; His righteousness abideth for ever.

{10} And he that supplieth seed to the sower and bread for food, shall supply and multiply your seed for sowing, and increase the fruits of your righteousness: {11} ye being enriched in everything unto all liberality, which worketh through us thanksgiving to God. {12} For the ministration of this service not only filleth up the measure of the wants of the saints, but aboundeth also through many thanksgivings unto God; {13} seeing that through the proving [of you] by this ministration they glorify God for the obedience of your confession unto the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of [your] contribution unto them and unto all; {14} while they themselves also, with supplication on your behalf, long after you by reason of the exceeding grace of God in you. {15} Thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift.

{Ecc.5:10} He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance, with increase: this also is vanity. {11} When goods increase, they are increased that eat them; and what advantage is there to the owner thereof, save the beholding [of them] with his eyes? {12} The sleep of a laboring man is sweet, whether he eat little or much; but the fulness of the rich will not suffer him to sleep. {13} There is a grievous evil which I have seen under the sun, [namely], riches kept by the owner thereof to his hurt: {14} and those riches perish by evil adventure; and if he hath begotten a son, there is nothing in his hand.

{Luk.12:16} And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: {17} and he reasoned within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have not where to bestow my fruits? {18} And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my grain and my goods. {19} And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, be merry. {20} But God said unto him, Thou foolish one, this night is thy soul required of thee; and the things which thou hast prepared, whose shall they be? {21} So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

{22} And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Be not anxious for [your] life, what ye shall eat; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. {23} For the life is more than the food, and the body than the raiment. {24} Consider the ravens, that they sow not, neither reap; which have no store-chamber nor barn; and God feedeth them: of how much more value are ye than the birds! {25} And which of you by being anxious can add a cubit unto the measure of his life? {26} If then ye are not able to do even that which is least, why are ye anxious concerning the rest? {27} Consider the lilies, how they grow: they toil not, neither do they spin; yet I say unto you, Even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. {28} But if God doth so clothe the grass in the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven; how much more [shall he clothe] you, O ye of little faith?

{29} And seek not ye what ye shall eat, and what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. {30} For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: but your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things. {31} Yet seek ye his kingdom, and these things shall be added unto you. {32} Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. {33} Sell that which ye have, and give alms; make for yourselves purses which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief draweth near, neither moth destroyeth. {34} For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
