Job 36: 32 He covereth his hands with the lightning, And giveth it a charge that it strike the mark. 33 The noise
thereof telleth concerning him, The cattle also concerning the storm that cometh up.
Ecc 1:9-10 That which hath been is that which shall be; and that which hath been done is that which shall be done: and
there is no new thing under the sun. 10 Is there a thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been long
ago, in the ages which were before us.
Jer 34:17 Therefore thus saith Jehovah: ye have not hearkened unto me, to proclaim liberty, every man to his brother,
and every man to his neighbor: behold, I proclaim unto you a liberty, saith Jehovah, to the sword, to the pestilence,
and to the famine; and I will make you to be tossed to and fro among all the kingdoms of the earth.
Ezekiel 7: 14 They have blown the trumpet, and have made all ready; but none goeth to the battle; for my wrath is upon
all the multitude thereof. 15 The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field
shall die with the sword: and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.
Jeremiah 24: 1 Jehovah showed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs set before the temple of Jehovah, after that
Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, and the princes of
Judah, with the craftsmen and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon. 2 One basket had very good figs,
like the figs that are first-ripe; and the other basket had very bad figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad.
... 8 And as the bad figs, which cannot be eaten, they are so bad, surely thus saith Jehovah, So will I give up Zedekiah
the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem, that remain in this land, and them that dwell in the
land of Egypt: 9 I will even give them up to be tossed to and fro among all the kingdoms of the earth for evil; to be a
reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places whither I shall drive them. 10 And I will send the sword, the
famine, and the pestilence , among them, till they be consumed from off the land that I gave unto them and to their
fathers.
Heb 10:38 But my righteous one shall live by faith: And if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him.
Eze 30:20 In the eleventh year, in the first month, on the seventh day of the month, the word of the Lord came to me: 21
“Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and behold, it has not been bound up, to heal it by binding
it with a bandage, so that it may become strong to wield the sword. 22 Therefore thus says the Lord God: Behold, I am
against Pharaoh king of Egypt and will break his arms, both the strong arm and the one that was broken, and I will make
the sword fall from his hand. 23 I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations and disperse them through the countries.
24 And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon and put my sword in his hand, but I will break the arms of
Pharaoh, and he will groan before him like a man mortally wounded. 25 I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon
but the arms of Pharaoh shall fall. Then they shall know that I am the Lord, when I put my sword into the hand of the
king of Babylon and he stretches it out against the land of Egypt. 26 And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations
and disperse them throughout the countries. Then they will know that I am the Lord.”
(Jer.27:8) And it shall come to pass, that the nation and the kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar king
of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith
Jehovah, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.
Jeremiah 32: 24 Behold, the mounds, they are come unto the city to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the
Chaldeans that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence; and what thou hast
spoken is come to pass; and, behold, thou seest it. 25 And thou hast said unto me, O Lord Jehovah, Buy thee the field
for money, and call witnesses; whereas the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans. 26 Then came the word of
Jehovah unto Jeremiah, saying, 27 Behold, I am Jehovah, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me? 28
Therefore thus saith Jehovah: Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of
Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it: 29 and the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and
set this city on fire, and burn it, with the houses, upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal.
