Luke 21:22 (NIV) 22 For this is the time of punishment in fulfillment of all that has been written.
Luke 21:24 (NIV) 24 They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
Luke 21:32-36 (NIV) 32 b Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. 34 b Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap. 35 For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth. 36 Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.b
Eze 12:21-28 And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, 22 Son of man, what is this proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth? 23 Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the fulfilment of every vision. 24 For there shall be no more any false vision nor flattering divination within the house of Israel. 25 For I am Jehovah; I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall be performed; it shall be no more deferred: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I speak the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord Jehovah. 26 The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of times that are far off. 28 Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: There shall none of my words be deferred any more, but the word which I shall speak shall be performed.
Eze 21:8-15 And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, 9 Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith Jehovah: Say, A sword, a sword, it is sharpened, and also furbished; 10 it is sharpened that it may make a slaughter; it is furbished that it may be as lightning: shall we then make mirth? the rod of my son, it contemneth every tree. 11 And it is given to be furbished, that it may be handled: the sword, it is sharpened, yea, it is furbished, to give it into the hand of the slayer. 12 Cry and wail, son of man; for it is upon my people, it is upon all the princes of Israel: they are delivered over to the sword with my people; smite therefore upon thy thigh. 13 For there is a trial; and what if even the rod that contemneth shall be no more? saith the Lord Jehovah. 14 Thou therefore, son of man, prophesy, and smite thy hands together; and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the deadly wounded: it is the sword of the great one that is deadly wounded, which entereth into their chambers. 15 I have set the threatening sword against all their gates, that their heart may melt, and their stumblings be multiplied: ah! it is made as lightning, it is pointed for slaughter.
Eze 21:18-25 The word of Jehovah came unto me again, saying, 19 Also, thou son of man, appoint thee two ways, that the sword of the king of Babylon may come; they twain shall come forth out of one land: and mark out a place, mark it out at the head of the way to the city. 20 Thou shalt appoint a way for the sword to come to Rabbah of the children of Ammon, and to Judah in Jerusalem the fortified. 21 For the king of Babylon stood at the parting of the way, at the head of the two ways, to use divination: he shook the arrows to and fro, he consulted the teraphim, he looked in the liver. 22 In his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to set battering rams, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to set battering rams against the gates, to cast up mounds, to build forts. 23 And it shall be unto them as a false divination in their sight, who have sworn oaths unto them; but he bringeth iniquity to remembrance, that they may be taken. 24 Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because ye have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are uncovered, so that in all your doings your sins do appear; because that ye are come to remembrance, ye shall be taken with the hand. 25 And thou, O deadly wounded wicked one, the prince of Israel, whose day is come, in the time of the iniquity of the end,
Isaiah 35: 8 And a highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for the redeemed: the wayfaring men, yea fools shall not err therein. 9 No lion shall be there, nor shall any ravenous beast go up thereon: they shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there: 10 and the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads: they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
Isa 65:19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people; and there shall be heard in her no more the voice of weeping and the voice of crying.
Michael's
(Psa.
37:25) I have been young, and now am old; Yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his seed begging bread.
(Psa. 34:4) I sought the Lord and he
answered me, And delivered me from all my fears. (5) They looked unto him, and were radiant; And their faces shall never be confounded. (6) This poor man cried, and The Lord heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles. (7) The angel of The Lord encamps
round about them that fear him, And delivers them. (8) Oh taste and see that The Lord is good: Blessed is the man that takes refuge in him. (9) Oh, fear The Lord ye his saints;
For there is no want to
them that fear him. (10) The
young lions do lack, and suffer hunger; But they that seek The Lord shall not want any good thing.
(1 Cor. 1:26-28)
For behold your calling, brethren,
that not many wise after the flesh, not
many mighty, not many noble,
are called: but God chose the foolish things of the world, that he might put to shame them that are wise;
and God chose the weak
things of the world, that he might put to shame the things that are strong; and the base things of the world, and the things that are despised, did God choose,
yea and the things that are
not, that he might bring to nought the things that are"
(2 Cor. 4:7)
We have this treasure in earthen
vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves"
(Numbers 13:31) But the men that went
up with him said, We are not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. (32) And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had spied out unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to spy it out,
is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of great stature. (33) And there we saw the Nephilim, the sons of Anak, who come of the Nephilim: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in
their sight.
(Num 14:1) And all the congregation
lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night. (2) And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would that we had died
in this wilderness! (3) And wherefore doth The Lord bring us unto this land, to fall by the sword?
(Rom. 4:20) And yet looking unto the
promise of God, he wavered not through unbelief, but waxed strong through faith, giving glory to God".

(Deut. 7:6)
For thou art a holy people unto The Lord thy God: The
Lord thy God hath
chosen thee
to be a people for His own possession [above all the peoples] that are upon the face of the earth."
(7) The Lord did not set his
love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all peoples.
(Mat.
10:22) And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.
Deuteronomy Chapter 7,
(8) but because The Lord loves
you, and because he would keep the oath which he swore unto your fathers, has the Lord brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
(Deu. 7:17) If thou shalt say in thy
heart, These nations are
more than I; how can I dispossess
them?
(Rev.11:15) And the seventh angel sounded;
and there followed great voices in heaven, and they said, The
kingdom of the world is become the kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ: and he shall reign for ever and ever.
(17)
If thou shalt say in thy heart, These nations are more than I; how can I dispossess them? (18) thou shalt not be afraid of them: thou shalt well remember what The Lord thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt... (19) the great trials which thine eyes saw,
and the signs, and the wonders, and the mighty hand, and the outstretched arm, whereby The Lord thy God brought thee out... (20) Moreover The Lord thy God will send the hornet among them, until they that are left, and hide themselves, perish from before thee.
(21) Thou shalt not be affrighted at them; for The Lord thy God is in the midst of thee, a great God and a terrible. (22) And The Lord thy God will cast out those nations before thee by little and little: thou mayest not consume them at once, lest the beasts
of the field increase upon thee. (23) But The Lord thy God will deliver them up before thee, and will discomfit them with a great discomfiture, until they be destroyed.
(Mat. 13:37-38) And he answered and
said, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; and the field is the world"
(Deu. 7:24) And he will deliver their
kings into thy hand, and thou shalt make their name to perish from under heaven: there shall no man be able to stand before thee, until thou have destroyed them.
(Deu. 8:1)
All the commandment which
I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which The Lord sware unto your fathers.
(2) And thou shalt remember all the way which The Lord thy God hath led thee these forty years
in
the wilderness, that he might humble
thee to prove thee, to know
what was in thy heart... whether thou would keep his commandments, or not. (Deu. 8:3) And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger... and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth
not live by bread only, but by everything that proceeds out of the mouth of The Lord doth man live. (4) Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years. (5) And thou shalt consider in thy heart, that, as a man chastens his
son, so The Lord thy God chastens thee. (6) And thou shalt keep the commandments of The Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him. (7) For The Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs, flowing
forth in valleys and hills; (8) a land of wheat and barley, and vines and fig-trees and pomegranates; a land of olive-trees and honey; (9) a land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack anything in it; a land whose stones are iron,
and out of whose hills thou mayest dig copper. (10) And thou shalt eat and be full, and thou shalt bless The Lord thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.
(Psa. 78:24)And he rained down manna
upon them to eat, And gave them food from heaven".

did that which was evil in the sight of The Lord: and The Lord delivered them into the hand of Midian seven years.

shall lose it; and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it".

against Israel; and because of Midian the children of Israel made them the dens which are in the mountains, and the caves, and the strongholds.
(Mat. 24:9) You shall be hated of
all the nations for my name's sake".
(Jdg. 6:3) And so it was, when Israel
had sown, that the Midianites came up, and the Amalekites, and the children of the east; they came up against them; (4) and they encamped against them, and destroyed the increase of the earth, till thou come unto Gaza... no sustenance in Israel, neither sheep,
nor ox, nor ass. (5) For they came up with their cattle and their tents; they came in as locusts for multitude; both they and their camels were without number... and they came into the land to destroy it. (6) And Israel was brought very low because of Midian;
and the children of Israel cried unto The Lord.
(Jdg. Chapter 3:7) And the children
of Israel did that which was evil in the sight of The Lord, and forgat The Lord their God, and served the Baalim and the Asheroth. (8) Therefore the anger of The Lord was kindled against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of Cushan-rishathaim king of Mesopotamia:
and the children of Israel served Cushan-rishathaim eight years. (9) And when the children of
Israel cried unto The Lord,
The Lord raised up a savior to
the children of Israel, who saved them, even Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother.
(Jdg. 3:12)And the children of Israel
again did that which was evil in the sight of The Lord: and The Lord strengthened Eglon the king of Moab against Israel, because they had done that which was evil in the sight of The Lord. (13) And he gathered unto him the children of Ammon and Amalek; and
he went and smote Israel, and they possessed the city of palm-trees. (14) And the children of Israel served Eglon the king of Moab eighteen years. (15) But when the children of Israel cried unto The Lord, The Lord raised them up a savior...
(2 Cor. 12:9) His power is made perfect

(Judges
6:7)
And it came to pass, when the children of Israel cried unto The Lord because of Midian, (8) that The Lord sent a prophet unto the children of Israel: and he said unto them, Thus saith The Lord, the God of Israel, I brought you up from Egypt, and brought you
forth out of the house of bondage; (9) and I delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians, and out of the hand of all that oppressed you, and drove them out from before you, and gave you their land; (10) and I said unto you, I am The Lord your God; ye shall
not fear the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell. (11) And the angel of The Lord came, and sat under the oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained unto Joash the Abiezrite: and his son Gideon was beating out wheat in the winepress, to hide it from the
Midianites.
(12) And the angel of Jehovah appeared unto him, and said unto him, The Lord is with thee, thou mighty man of valor. (13) And Gideon said unto him, Oh, my lord, if The Lord is with us, why then is all this befallen us?
