2Co 12:7 And by reason of the exceeding greatness of the revelations, that I should not be exalted overmuch, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, that I should not be exalted overmuch. Mar 14:65 And some began to spit on him, and to cover his face, and to buffet him, and to say unto him, Prophesy: and the officers received him with blows of their hands. 1Co 9:27 but I buffet my body, and bring it into bondage: lest by any means, after that I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected.)

John. 18:35 (33-40), 33 Pilate therefore entered again into the Praetorium, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews? 34 Jesus answered, Sayest thou this of thyself, or did others tell it thee concerning me? 35 Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done? 36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. 37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end have I been born, and to this end am I come into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. 38 Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find no crime in him. 39 But ye have a custom, that I should release unto you one at the passover: will ye therefore that I release unto you the King of the Jews? 40 They cried out therefore again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.)

Luke 23:20 20 And Pilate spake unto them again, desiring to release Jesus; 21 but they shouted, saying, Crucify, crucify him. 22 And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath this man done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him and release him. 23 But they were urgent with loud voices, asking that he might be crucified. And their voices prevailed. 24 And Pilate gave sentence that what they asked for should be done. 25 And he released him that for insurrection and murder had been cast into prison, whom they asked for; but Jesus he delivered up to their will.

Isa 63:1-4 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah ? this that is glorious in his apparel, marching in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. 2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winevat? 3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the peoples there was no man with me: yea, I trod them in mine anger, and trampled them in my wrath; and their lifeblood is sprinkled upon my garments, and I have stained all my raiment. 4 For the day of vengeance was in my heart, and the year of my redeemed is come.

Rev.6:1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder, Come. (2) And I saw, and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon had a bow; and there was given unto him a crown: and he came forth conquering, and to conquer.

1Pet.4:17 For the time is come for judgment to begin at the house of God: and if [it begin] first at us, what [shall be] the end of them that obey not the gospel of God?

Jn.9:39 And Jesus said, For judgment came I into this world, that they that see not may see; and that they that see may become blind.

Lk.2:34 Behold, this child is set for the falling and the rising of many in Israel; and for a sign which is spoken against.

Rom.4:15 [F]or the law worketh wrath; but where there is no law, neither is there transgression.

Ps.147:10 He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: He taketh no pleasure in the legs of a man. (Rev.19:11) And I saw the heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon called Faithful and True; and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. ... (14) And the armies which are in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white [and] pure.

(Rev.6:3) And when he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, Come. (4) And another [horse] came forth, a red horse: and to him that sat thereon it was given to take peace from the earth, and that they should slay one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. (5) And when he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, Come. And I saw, and behold, a black horse; and he that sat thereon had a balance in his hand. (6) And I heard as it were a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, A measure of wheat for a shilling, and three measures of barley for a shilling ; and the oil and the wine hurt thou not. (7) And when he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, Come. (8) And I saw, and behold, a pale horse: and he that sat upon him, his name was Death; and Hades followed with him. And there was given unto them authority over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with famine, and with death, and by the wild beasts of the earth. "I have given you authority...over all the power of the enemy".

(Jer.18:20) Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember how I stood before thee to speak good for them, to turn away thy wrath from them. (21) Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and give them over to the power of the sword; and let their wives become childless, and widows; and let their men be slain of death, [and] their young men smitten of the sword in battle. (15:1) Then said Lord unto me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind would not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go forth. (2) And it shall come to pass, when they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith Lord: Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for captivity, to captivity.

(Rev.6:2) And I saw, and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon had a bow; and there was given unto him a crown: and he came forth conquering, and to conquer.

(Zech.9:13) For I have bent Judah for me, I have filled the bow with Ephraim ; and I will stir up thy sons, O Zion, against thy sons, O Greece , and will make thee as the sword of a mighty man. (14) And Lord shall be seen over them; and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning.... (15) Lord of hosts will defend them; and they shall devour.

(Ps.127:3) Lo, children are a heritage of Lord; [And] the fruit of the womb is [his] reward. (4) As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, So are the children of youth.

(Ps.127:5) Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: They shall not be put to shame, When they speak with their enemies in the gate

(Jn.3:19) And this is the judgment, that the light is come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil.

Isa 63:10-13 But they rebelled, and grieved his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and himself fought against them. 11 Then he remembered the days of old, Moses and his people, saying, Where is he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of his flock? where is he that put his holy Spirit in the midst of them? 12 that caused his glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses? that divided the waters before them, to make himself an everlasting name? 13 that led them through the depths, as a horse in the wilderness, so that they stumbled not? Isa 64:1-4 Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might quake at thy presence, 2 as when fire kindleth the brushwood, and the fire causeth the waters to boil; to make thy name known to thine adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence! 3 When thou didst terrible things which we looked not for, thou camest down, the mountains quaked at thy presence. 4 For from of old men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen a God besides thee, whoworketh for him that waiteth for him.

Num 16:28-33 And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that Jehovah hath sent me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind. 29 If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then Jehovah hath not sent me. 30 But if Jehovah make a new thing, and the ground open its mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down alive into Sheol; then ye shall understand that these men have despised Jehovah. 31 And it came to pass, as he made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them; 32 and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. 33 So they, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into Sheol: and the earth closed upon them, and they perished from among the assembly. Jud 5:4 Jehovah, when thou wentest forth out of Seir, When thou marchedst out of the field of Edom, The earth trembled, the heavens also dropped, Yea, the clouds dropped water. 5 The mountains quaked at the presence of Jehovah, Even yon Sinai at the presence of Jehovah, the God of Israel. 1Sa 14:15 And there was a trembling in the camp, in the field, and among all the people; the garrison, and the spoilers, they also trembled; and the earth quaked: so there was an exceeding great trembling. 16 And the watchmen of Saul in Gibeah of Benjamin looked; and, behold, the multitude melted away, and they went hither and thither.

2Sa 22:4-20 I will call upon Jehovah, who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from mine enemies. 5 For the waves of death compassed me; The floods of ungodliness made me afraid: 6 The cords of Sheol were round about me; The snares of death came upon me. 7 In my distress I called upon Jehovah; Yea, I called unto my God: And he heard my voice out of his temple, And my cry came into his ears. 8 Then the earth shook and trembled, The foundations of heaven quaked And were shaken, because he was wroth. 9 There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, And fire out of his mouth devoured: Coals were kindled by it. 10 He bowed the heavens also, and came down; And thick darkness was under his feet. 11 And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly; Yea, he was seen upon the wings of the wind. 12 And he made darkness pavilions round about him, Gathering of waters, thick clouds of the skies. 13 At the brightness before him Coals of fire were kindled. 14 Jehovah thundered from heaven, And the Most High uttered his voice. 15 And he sent out arrows, and scattered them; Lightning, and discomfited them. 16 Then the channels of the sea appeared, The foundations of the world were laid bare, By the rebuke of Jehovah, At the blast of the breath of his nostrils. 17 He sent from on high, he took me; He drew me out of many waters; 18 He delivered me from my strong enemy, From them that hated me; for they were too mighty for me. 19 They came upon me in the day of my calamity; But Jehovah was my stay. 20 He brought me forth also into a large place; He delivered me, because he delighted in me.

(Rev.2:4) But I have this against thee, that thou didst leave thy first love. (5) Remember therefore whence thou art fallen, and repent and do the first works; or else I come to thee, and will move thy candlestick out of its place, except thou repent. (6) But this thou hast, that thou hatest the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

(Ex. 19:5) Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be mine own possession from among all peoples: for all the earth is mine: (6) and ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

(Rev.2:15) So hast thou also some that hold the teaching of the Nicolaitans in like manner. (16) Repent therefore; or else I come to thee quickly, and I will make war against them with the sword of my mouth.

(Eph.4:11-12) And he gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 for the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ:

(1 Cor.11:3) But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

(Eph.4:11) And he gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers. (12) For the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ.

Exo 19:6 and ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nationb&

(Rom.12:1) I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.

(Eph.4:13) b& we all attain unto the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a fullgrown man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. (14) That we may be no longer children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error. (15) But speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, even Christ. (16) from whom all the body fitly framed and knit together through that which every joint supplieth, according to the working in due' measure of each several part, maketh the increase of the body unto the building up of itself in love.

(Acts 20:29-30) I know that after my departing grievous wolves shall enter in among you, not sparing the flock; 30 and from among your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after them.

(1 Cor.13:1-7). If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 And if I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profiteth me nothing. 4 Love suffereth long, and is kind; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5 doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not its own, is not provoked, taketh not account of evil; 6 rejoiceth not in unrighteousness, but rejoiceth with the truth; 7 beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

(1 Cor 12:28-31) And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondly prophets, thirdly teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, divers kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? 30 have all gifts of healings? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? 31 But desire earnestly the greater gifts. And moreover a most excellent way show I unto you.

(1 Cor.12:12-27) For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ. 13 For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all made to drink of one Spirit. 14 For the body is not one member, but many. 15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; it is not therefore not of the body. 16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; it is not therefore not of the body. 17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? 18 But now hath God set the members each one of them in the body, even as it pleased him. 19 And if they were all one member, where were the body? 20 But now they are many members, but one body. 21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of thee: or again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 22 Nay, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be more feeble are necessary: 23 and those parts of the body, which we think to be less honorable, upon these we bestow more abundant honor; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness; 24 whereas our comely parts have no need: but God tempered the body together, giving more abundant honor to that part which lacked; 25 that there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. 26 And whether one member suffereth, all the members suffer with it; or one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. 27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and severally members thereof.

(1Jn.2:6) he that saith he abideth in him ought himself also to walk even as he walked. (24) As for you, let that abide in you which ye heard from the beginning. If that which ye heard from the beginning abide in you, ye also shall abide in the Son, and in the Father.

(1 Cor.12:4) Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. (5) And there are diversities of ministrations, and the same Lord. (6) And there are diversities of workings, but the same God, who worketh all things in all. (7) But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal.

(Mt.19:28) ye who have followed me, in the regeneration

(Jn.15:3)Ye are clean because of the word which I have spoken unto you.

(Jn.6:63)the words that I have spoken unto you are spirit, and are life..

(Heb.13:8)Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, yea and for ever.

(1Jn.2:1) My little children, these things write I unto you that ye may not sin. And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

(Mt.10:1) And he called unto him his twelve disciples, and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of disease and all manner of sickness.

(1Cor.12:7) But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal.

(1Cor. 12:31) But desire earnestly the greater gifts. And moreover a most excellent way show I unto you.

. (1Cor. 14:12) So also ye, since ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may abound unto the edifying of the church.

(1Cor. 14:1) Follow after love; yet desire earnestly spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy.

(1Cor. 12:8) For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom; and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit.

(1Cor. 12:7) But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal. (9) To another faith, in the same Spirit; and to another gifts of healings, in the one Spirit.

(1Cor.14:4) He that speaketh in a tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.

(1Cor. 14:14) For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. (15) What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

(Rom.8:26-27) And in like manner the Spirit also helpeth our infirmity: for we know not how to pray as we ought; but the Spirit himself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered; 27 and he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

(1Cor. 12:10) And to another workings of miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discernings of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; and to another the interpretation of tongues. (11) But all these worketh the one and the same Spirit, dividing to each one severally even as he will.

(1 Jn.2:6) he that saith he abideth in him ought himself also to walk even as he walked.

(Eph.1:3) God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ.

(Jn.14:12) He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also.

(1Cor.12:12) For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ. (13) For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all made to drink of one Spirit. (14) For the body is not one member, but many. (16) And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; it is not therefore not of the body. (17) If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? (18) But now hath God set the members each one of them in the body, even as it pleased him. Notice, the gifts were beven as it pleased him.b (19) And if they were all one member, where were the body? (20) But now they are many members, but one body. (21) And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of thee: or again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. (22) Nay, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be more feeble are necessary. (23) And those parts of the body, which we think to be less honorable, upon these we bestow more abundant honor; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness; (24) whereas our comely parts have no need: but God tempered the body together, giving more abundant honor to that part which lacked. (25) that there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. (26) And whether one member suffereth, all the members suffer with it; or one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. (27) Now ye are the body of Christ, and severally members thereof. (28) And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondly prophets, thirdly teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, divers kinds of tongues. (1Cor.2:4) And my speech and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power. (5) That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

(Rom.15:18) For I will not dare to speak of any things save those which Christ wrought through meb& for the obedience of the Gentiles, by word and deed, (19) in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Holy Spirit; so that from Jerusalem, and round about even unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

(Mk.16:17) And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues.

(1 Cor.14:23) bIf therefore the whole church be assembled together and all speak with tongues, and there come in men unlearned or unbelieving, will they not say that ye are mad?b
