Righteous by Faith (1)Romans 1:17 For therein is revealed a righteousness of God from faith unto faith: as it is written, But the righteous shall live by faith.2 Peter 1:3 seeing that his divine power hath granted unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that called us by his own glory and virtue;2 Peter 1:4 whereby he hath granted unto us his precious and exceeding great promises; that through these ye may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world by lust.James 4:17 To him therefore that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.Romans 4:17 (as it is written, A father of many nations have I made thee) before him whom he believed, even God, who giveth life to the dead, and calleth the things that are not, as though they were.Romans 3:3 For what if some were without faith? shall their want of faith make of none effect the faithfulness of God?Ephesians 2:8 for by grace have ye been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;Ephesians 2:9 not of works, that no man should glory.Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God afore prepared that we should walk in them.Romans 3:4 God forbid: yea, let God be found true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy words, And mightest prevail when thou comest into judgment.2 Corinthians 5:19 to wit, that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself, not reckoning unto them their trespasses, and having committed unto us the word of reconciliation.Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ liveth in me: and that life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.Philippians 2:13 for it is God who worketh in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure.Psal

Righteous by Faith - 1 Greetings Saints, the Lord be with you. You know, I was thinking about the middle of the night last night, that the Lord was speaking to me about how some people, you share a lot of truth about walking in the spirit, what it is to be a disciple and instead of having the normal reaction of “OH BOY, this is what it is to walk as a disciple of Jesus, and we have this opportunity…” and so on – positive, a very positive outlook upon these things, some people begin to get condemned and rejected because they don’t feel that they are living up to what the Lord desires for them. And of course, the Lord has provided for us much greater than anything we’ve walked in yet – and thank God for that – it’s exciting. Anyway, I’d like to address that, it comes up quite often with people that may have had a background of maybe rejection, over-correction, condemnation, or whatever. Because, “the righteous shall live by faith” won’t they? We don’t trust that because of our works we’re able to stand but instead we trust in God’s works which have already been sacrificed for us. Knowledge is important; we have to have knowledge to bear fruit. (2Pet.1:3) Seeing that his divine power hath granted unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that called us by his own glory and virtue; (4) whereby he hath granted unto us his precious and exceeding great promises (which are knowledge, right?); that through these ye may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in that world by lust. It is by knowledge of God that we are able to manifest His divine nature and escape this world. At the same time the Bible imputes responsibility to us when we get knowledge and the devil uses this in many cases to condemn people. (Jas.4:17) To him therefore that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. Sin is imputed (of course) when there is knowledge of sin. God’s very merciful with our ignorance
